Problem
Many individuals abandon the idea of therapy before even starting due to the emotional strain of navigating the intricate and overwhelming landscape of mental health websites and resources.
User Research
TMS Marketing Solutions conducted extensive research on their target demographic. My additional research involved identifying pain points on a competitor's website, Greenbook TMS. This was followed by creating a user persona, mood board, researching fonts, and ideating the necessary website pages.

User Persona
Solution
Foster the pursuit of mental health support with an educational website about TMS therapy, ensure a stress-free, easy and visually pleasing swift experience. Utlizing multiple calls-to-action, graphic user interfaces, appropriate font choices and a minimalist layout.
Multiple Calls to Action
User insights emphasized the crucial role of simple navigation for older users. Their preference for smartphones over computers signals the necessity for diverse navigation paths to prevent confusion
Menu bar (Laptop and Smart Phone)
UI Elements (Buttons and Arrows)
Younger participants responded better when small cartoons were implemented into the website’s design, contributing to a more engaging overall user experience. So I created minimalist cartoons to visually break-up word-heavy information
Asset Creation
Larger Text
Chose larger text for all ages to easily consume.
4. Font Choice
Alongside the core stakeholders, I down-selected multiple options of fonts and landed on the Poppins font because it is professional, clean, and easy to read on all different platforms.
4. Color Choice
I drew inspiration from nature for our color palette, opting for muted tones to evoke calmness in users, aligning with our soothing user experience goal. Considering the ocean's calming influence on circadian rhythms and the brand's vibrant logo, we toned down blues and greens to ensure harmony.
